Import bookmarklet

The reliable way to prefill from a listing — it runs in your own browser on the listing page, so it isn’t bot-blocked the way a server scraper is, and it works on both Zillow and Redfin.

Option A — drag this button to your bookmarks bar:

Option B — copy the code and add a bookmark manually

Copy the code below.
Right-click your bookmarks bar → “Add page…” (or press ⌘/Ctrl-D and choose the bar).
Name it “Import to Calculator”, paste the code into the URL field, and save.

Then, to use it:

Open a Zillow or Redfin listing page.
Click the bookmark — the calculator opens (or the tab navigates to it) prefilled with price, address, photo, beds/baths, and property tax.

Reads only public fields already on the page you’re viewing. Review the prefilled values before saving.

Global defaults

These defaults prefill every new scenario. Existing saved scenarios keep their own values.
